Little gem of a bar located off the beaten path from the River Market District. In addition to the usual bar amenities, they have board games, darts, and a taco bar next door. Perfect for a low key date night. Would highly recommend, especially on a week night to avoid the night life crowds.

Dogs & drinks? Sign me up! I love the vibe, oftentimes there’s at least one dog there. Love to go and watch a game or play cards with friends.

Stopped by for a couple drinks!! This is an awesome bar!! So comfy and the service was excellent!! Met a couple of sweet pups too!!

I came here on a whim, well in little rock for work and I can solely recommend based on the bartender's friendliness and the customer's friendliness that any person looking to get out and have a relaxing night on the town come here. there is basic bar food and it is very dark friendly.But I will recommend it to anyone coming to town for a nice relaxing night of conversation

Lucky Lou’s feels like the kind of place where everyone belongs—humans and dogs included. We brought our French Bulldog, Maisy, and she immediately made friends. We also met several regulars who were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Jackie was so welcoming, the crowd was awesome, and the overall vibe was just perfect. A true neighborhood gem—10 out of 10 experience!

This place was wonderful! Jackie is the best bartender I've ever had: as a flight attendant i never felt more taken care of by a bartender before. She was the sweetest and most attentive waitress/bartender I've ever had! She is absolutely amazing whenever I'm here on a layover again i will definitely come back if she is bartending!!

Oh my gosh ... what a fabulous bar Off leash dogs and college basketball on the t.v.s So friendly and welcoming we felt like regulars as soon as we walked in Treat yourself and your dogs A Little Rock MUST !
